We like the house a lot. The location and set up are great.

This is a great rental property with two suite areas divided by a large open living/dining area, and a TV area by the sliding patio doors. The patio has nice furniture, and barbecue, but mosquitoes can be a bit brutal. Three full and renovated baths make it very accommodating for a family with teens. The kitchen is on the small side, but is updated and nicely equipped with what you will need to prep meals at home. Washer and dryer in the kitchen area behind folding door. The dining table has seating for 10-12. Living room is comfortable; sofas and chair cushions are a bit soft but ok. The 4 bedrooms are comfortable and tasteful. There are board games available for rainy days. Two long blocks to the beach, but it’s a nice walk. Short walk to the boardwalk. Parking for four vehicles. We enjoyed our
stay in and among the Pines.
